 Welcome to the web site of the North Dakota Real Estate Commission. The Real Estate Commission was established in 1957 to protect the public through the regulation of the real estate industry in North Dakota. It is charged with the duty of supervising real estate licensees in a manner to ensure that they meet standards which will promote public understanding and confidence in the business of real estate brokerage.

Licensees: Continuing education requirements for 2013 are 9 hours of elective ce - there IS NOT a mandatory
course topic this year. Continuing education must be taken between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
