North Dakota has changed its continuing education cycle to 9 hours annually, January 1 – December 31. We are approving continuing education for 2 years so that the course provider does not have to go through the renewal process every year. If a licensee takes a course approved for ce in 2010 and again in 2011 it will be accepted since it is a different continuing education cycle. The mandatory course for 2010 is 3 hours on agency with a portion of the course to contain emphasis on appointed agency. Forms to be submitted to have a continuing education course approved and a link to applicable license law regarding continuing education course approval can be found by clicking on the appropriate link. A $50 non-refundable application fee must be submitted with each course application. Distance education courses must be ARELLO certified.
