Meetings of the North Dakota Real Estate Commission are open to the public and observers are welcome to attend. Meeting notices are posted when the meeting date and location are secured. Meeting agendas are available 5 days prior to each Commission meeting.
Individuals planning to attend a Commission meeting may wish to call the Commission office 1 week prior to the Commission meeting to confirm the meeting location.
